Tier 3—Full Service & Project Management
Our white-glove option—perfect for clients who want a seamless experience from concept to completion.
Includes:
- Everything in Tier 2
- Purchasing of all approved and client-signed materials and finishes
- Hiring and collaborating with the general contractor and/or subcontractors
- Complete project coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking
- Site visits as needed for sourcing, oversight, and progress checks by a dedicated team member
- Regular communication with contractors to ensure smooth execution
